Walter B. Daniels

Of Pine Twp. PA, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, May 18,2024. Walter was the beloved husband of 60 years of Gloria Daniels; father of Timothy Daniels, Tina Daniels (Brian), Tammy Saban (Jake), and Tracy Daniels; son of the late Walter Bickett Daniels Sr. and the late Alene (Dew) Perry; brother of Rebecca Mobley (Mike); grandfather of Brittany Haas (Tyler), Rachel Daniels, Ronnie Kearns, Tommy Kearns, Taylor Daniels, Ava Serish; great-grandfather of Sophia, Charlotte, twins Addison & Hayden Haas; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
 
Walter was born in Wilmington NC on September 1,1943. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1964. After marriage, Walter and Gloria relocated to Pittsburgh PA. He was employed as Sheet Metal Worker SMWIU#12. Walter moved into construction management industry 1980’s to 2006.
 Walter was a member of Avalon Lodge #657 for 50 years, LPH’s Iwo Jima Class Association, Mars VFW Post 7505, and the Syria Shriners.
 
Walter was quite the jokester & storyteller, who kept us all amused.  He loved his family, golf, boating, fishing, Gunsmoke & working in his yard.

Celebrate Walter’s life with his family on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Perman Funeral Home, 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Route 8, Shaler Township, where Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM.
