Of Natrona Heights, on Saturday, September 2, 2017, Mr. Hopkins was the beloved father of Peter Joseph Hopkins; son of Lavon and Christopher OToole; brother of Carolyn Hopkins, Stephanie Hopkins; companion of Tracy Young, and her daughter Alyssa Snyder.
