Robert R. Kipp

Of Ohio Twp., on Monday, January 8, 2018, Bob was the son of Barbara Newhall and Robert C. Kipp; beloved grandson of Leona Cramsey; friend of Dianne Kipp and many others; fur-father of his beloved dog, Winston. Bob was the manager of Heidelberg Borough and the planning commission chairman of Ohio Township. He was a Mason. Bob was a graduated of California University of Pennsylvania.
