Robert E. Offutt

Age 76, of Indiana Twp., on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, Mr. Offutt was the beloved husband of Gabriella “Gabe” Basso Offutt; father of Michele Fichera (Todd), Bobby Offutt (Becky); son of the late William C. and Emma Smith Offutt; brother of the late William “Bill” Offutt; Pap-Pap Bob of Wyatt and Quinn Offutt. Also survived by two brother in laws, three sister in laws, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family greatly appreciates all the help and support they received from his niece Lorraine Fritz (Butch).

Bob was a maintenance professional by trade, and owner of Offutt Back Acres Campground in Wattersonvillle, Armstrong County, and enjoyed socializing with the many campers who became close friends throughout his life. His hobbies included restoring classic cars, collecting model trains, Gulf Oil memorabilia, and other antiques. He was an avid attendee of car cruises, steam engine shows, and scrap yards.

Services and Interment were Private. Arrangements made by Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. Bob would appreciate if you would separate the copper from the aluminum when scrapping in his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you please support your nearest car cruise this summer.
