Age 87, of Highland Park, on Saturday, November 11, 2023,Dick was the beloved husband of Janice Maher Valley; father of Richard A. Valley Jr. (Heather), Steven Valley (Summer), Lynn Valley, and the late Laura Valley; son of the late Albert and Alice Valley; brother of Joanne, Robert and the late Alice; also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
Services and Interment were Private. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pittsburgh PA 15237.
