Richard P. Hudak

Age 94, of Etna, on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, Mr. Hudak was the beloved husband of the late Helen A. Metzer Hudak; father of Patricia DiVittorio (James); son of the late John A. and Helen J. Podrasky Hudak; brother of James Hudak (Lucy), and the late John Hudak (surv. Dorothy), Bernard Hudak (Charlotte), Eugene Hudak (surv. Carole); grandfather of Jason Recktenwald (Amanda); great-grandfather of Kayleigh; step-great-grandfather of Klaus and Kasen; also survived by nieces and nephews.

Richard was a proud WWII US Army Veteran. His first job was at the Spang-Chalfont Co. and his second job was at the US Postal Service from which he retired. He was a member of the VFW Post #9197 in Etna.

Celebrate Mr. Hudaks life with his family on Sunday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the King Parish, St. Mary Church, Sharpsburg, on Monday at 10 AM.
