Melanie Sue Wakefield Smith Cavlovich

Age 54, of Etna, on Monday, October 12, 2020, Melanie was the beloved wife of Joe Cavlovich; mother of Haley Cavlovich, Jake Cavlovich, Christopher Durr; daughter of Melvin Wakefield; sister of Michelle, Tammy, and Terry; grandmother of Lily Durr, Jade Smith. Melanie was a mortgage processor for Dollar Bank. She was a member of a quilting club, and was the Advancement Chair and Troop Committee member of BSA Troop 157 and Troop 622. She enjoyed her time volunteering for the Etna Little League and Shaler Wrestling Club.

Celebrate Melanies life with her family on Thursday from 4-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Twp. where Services will follow at 7 PM. Family respectfully suggests donations be made to Hillman Cancer Center, HillmanResearch.UPMC.edu/Giving.
