Cavlovich (Sandra), Michael J. Cavlovich (Deborah), Edward M. Cavlovich Jr., Jeffrey A. Cavlovich, Craig S. Cavlovich (Angela Chiappini), and the late George J. Cavlovich (surv. Lisa); daughter of the late George and Katherine Phillips; sister of the late Barbara and George Phillips; grandmother of Brittany Purvis (Steven), Taylor Cavlovich, Morgan Cavlovich (Andrew), Corey Cavlovich (Lauren), Christopher Cavlovich (Bridget), Stephanie Waters (Maurice), Justin Cavlovich (Nicole), the late Kevin Cavlovich, George Cavlovich Jr., Nicole Cavlovich, Sean Cavlovich, Cameron Cavlovich; great-grandmother of Everly and Daisy Purvis, Connor and Alivia Cavlovich, Reese Waters; like a mother to the Grsetic girls-Jeanne, Tappy, Mikey, Margie.
