Linda Ann Bittner

Linda Ann Bittner, born March 16, 1956, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 13, 2026.

Linda grew up in Lawrenceville and was the daughter of the late John (Jack) Bittner and Sara (Ann) Bittner; sister to Jill Piriano, Kathi Bittner, and Mary Perrotte (Rick). She was known as “Linda the ANT” to Brittany and Corey Perrotte, who held a special place in her heart.

Linda had a passion for cooking and was an avid reader. She had an incredible ability to talk about almost any subject you could imagine. Her curiosity and enthusiasm for learning were a special part of who she was.

Her knowledge and love of music were especially remarkable—she could tell you about a band, an artist, a song, its title, and the year it was released. She traveled near and far to see the bands and artists she loved, attending countless concerts along the way. Throughout her travels she met many people who became friends and with whom she made wonderful memories.

Linda was a kind soul with a generous heart. Even when she didn’t have much to give, she always tried to help others and support her community in any way she could. She touched the lives of many people through her friendships, her family, her passions, and simply by being herself. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

May Linda’s memory live on through the music she loved, the stories she shared, and the many lives she touched.
