Leo V. Perkowski

Of Shaler Twp., on Sunday, December 17, 2017, Mr. Perkowski was the beloved husband of the late Sophie Rosalee Wolowiec Perkowski; father of Pat Szelc (Regis), Kenneth Perkowski, and Dan Perkowski (late Sherry); brother of Helen Grosky, Jean Pawlak, and the late Ann Kolc, Mary Lewis, Stella Legumina, Joe, Chester, John, Ed Perkowski; grandfather of Jordan and Brian Perkowski.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rte. 8, Shaler Twp. with services following at 12:00 noon. The family respectfully requests donations be made to Allegheny Health Network Hospice, 500 Commonwealth Dr., Warrendale, PA 15086 Attn: Lori Marshall.
