Of Latrobe, on Saturday, January 7, 2017, Mrs. Garland was the beloved mother of Jessica Hlavsa (Michael) of New Kensington, Robert Shipley Jr. of Latrobe; daughter of Denver Snyder of Normalville PA and the late Geraldine Kent Snyder; sister of Shirley McLaughlin of Myrtle Beach SC, Sharon Brady of South Port NC, Amy Porter (Steve) of Largo FL, Gary Snyder (Helen) of Acme PA, Irvin Snyder (Linda) of Connellsville, Jerry Snyder (Judy) of Acme PA and the late Denver Snyder Jr. and Darrell Snyder; grandmother of Rubylynn, Ruben, Xavier, Haylee, Cloe, Alyssa, Anthony, Nevaeh, Brooklyn, Aiden, Autumn; great-grandmother of Skyla.
Celebrate Mrs. Garlands life with her family at a Memorial Mass at Poplar Run Church of God of Prophecy, Normalville on Thursday at 6 PM.
