James Jim Stanek

Age 82, formerly of Shaler Twp., on Sunday, November 7, 2021, Mr. Stanek was the husband of Rosemary Czapiewski Stanek; father of David Stanek (Michelle), Mary Carr, Paula LeMasters (Patrick) and Kathy Weber (William); son of the late John M. and Catherine Buckley Stanek; brother of Margaret Purcell and the late Marie Farr, Dorothy Fashion, John A. Stanek and Bernadette Buchholz; grandfather of Kaitlyn and Kameron Carr, Joshua Stanek, Lily and Lia Weber and the late Elijah Stanek. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to the ALS Association Western Pennsylvania Chapter, 416 Lincoln Ave, Millvale, PA 15209 or St. Vincent de Paul Society at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, 2510 Middle Road, Glenshaw PA 15116.

Celebrate Mr. Staneks life with his family on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw at 10:30 AM.
