Age 84, of Oakmont, formerly of Hampton/Shaler Twps., on June 4, 2025, Grace was the high-school sweetheart/wife of the late Charles G. Kozak; mother of Kelly Grace Kessler (Daniel), Susan E. Kozak (late Paul Molloy), Jane Kozak Burgh (Dale); grandmother of Zachary Klesser, Christopher Kozak (Sarah), Lauren Fernandez (Brian), Catherine Kessler, Ainsley Burgh; great-grandmother of Cameron Kozak, Ryan Kessler, baby girl arriving in July Fernandez; special friend of Robert Hinds, Laurie Exler.

Celebrate Gracie’s life with her family on Sunday from 3-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw.
