Age 70, formerly of Etna, on Thursday, October 8, 2026, Denise was the beloved mother of Jessica Neely (Anthony Morris); daughter of the late Edward and Lucy Merli Dzvonick; sister of Joann Lorey (Ken), and the late Deborah Dzvonick.
Celebrate Denise’s life with her family on Sunday from 3-7 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:30 AM at St. Matthew Parish, All Saints Church, Etna.
