Catherine M. Molinero

Age 99, of Ft. Myers, FL, formerly of Hampton Twp., passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, August 18, 2025.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. With a faith that guided her every step, she now rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Born on July 17, 1926 in Pittsburgh, PA, Catherine was the oldest of 7 children. Growing up in a large close-knit family instilled in her a strength and spirited personality that touched the hearts of everyone she met.

In 1951, she married Richard Molinero. Catherine and Richard shared 60 years of marriage until his passing on June 19, 2011. They welcomed five children which filled their home with love and joy. Catherine’s greatest joy was her family. She led her family to Christ through her unwavering devotion to God. The cherished tradition of Sunday dinners with four generations around her table. Those meals were more than food; they were the heartbeat of her family. A place where faith and love came alive. Catherine was a member of Allison Park Church, where her devotion to God was a guiding force throughout her life.

She is survived by her children- Pamela Brucker (late Charlie), Deborah Schmitt (Ray), Richard Molinero (Lou), Catherine Frazier (late Jack) and the late Ronald Molinero; grandchildren Christopher, Jonah, Sarah, John Adam (Jessica), Emily, Grace, Matthew, Ronnie (Gina); great-grandchildren Nathan, Bailey, Lucas, Eva, McKenzie, Peyton, Samuel, Noah, Aubree, Krista.

On this day we don’t mourn her passing, we celebrate her eternal life.

Celebrate Catherine’s life with her family on Monday from 12-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. where Services will begin on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
