Of Hampton Twp., on Sunday, June 22, 2014, Mr. Zukauckas was the beloved husband of Rita J. Zukauckas; father of Amy Zukauckas (Stan Sobolak) of Thornburg, Laura Zukauckas of Hampton Twp.; brother of Ronald Zukauckas (Kathy) of Charleroi, Deacon Gerald Zukauckas (Sharon) of Atlanta, GA.
Celebrate Mr. Zukauckas' life with his family on Tuesday from 2-4 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. where a Blessing Service will be held at 4 PM. His family respectfully suggests donations be made to Glenshaw Century Club Scholarship Fund c/o Karen Griffith 239 Maryland Drive, Glenshaw, PA 15116.
