Anthony Frost

Age 83, of Indiana Township, on Thursday, September 5, 2024, Tony was the beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty” Krzewinski Frost; father of A. Thomas Frost Jr. (Aileen), Linda Cervenka (Jeff); son of the late Anthony and Rosella Abt Frost; brother of John Frost (Judy), Suzanne Rowen (late Bill), and the late Raymond Frost, Antoinette Frost, Dorothy Raymond (late Jim), Rose Marie Ober; grandfather of Nicholas Frost (Anakin), Courtney Frost, Anthony P. Frost, Brandon Cervenka; great-grandfather of Myah Broglia Frost and Archer Frost; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

 Tony was a Navy veteran who served on the destroyer USS Soley. He was a long-time member of Christ the King Parish (St. Joseph Church- O’Hara), St. Vincent DePaul Society, the American Legion and the VFW Post 9199. He volunteered as an escort at St. Margaret Hospital and ushered at Three Rivers Stadium, PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. Tony was employed at Curtiss-Wright (Westinghouse- Cheswick) for forty years as an electrician. He especially enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with friends. Tony’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with his cherished family. 

Celebrate Tony’s life with his family on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt 8., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church, O’Hara Twp on Monday at 10 AM. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or a charity of your choice.
