Blazek (Paula) of Hartwell GA; daughter of the late Wilbert L. and Emma McKee Kay; grandmother of Sherry Ardis and Karen Vega; great-grandmother of Ryan and Olivia Ardis and Alexei Vega.
Celebrate Mrs. Blazek's life with her family on Saturday from 6-9 PM and Sunday from 2-4 PM at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 10 AM. Family respectfully suggests donations be made to Middle Road VFD, 2034 Middle Road, Glenshaw PA 15116.
