Lucille D. Kosakowski

Age 80, of Shaler Twp., on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, Mrs. Kosakowski was the beloved mother of Sheila Coholich (Christopher), Michael Kosakowski (Molly), Thomas Kosakowski, Brian Kosakowski (Stacey), and the late Robert Kosakowski; daughter of the late Anthony and Mildred Krynitsky DiSiena; sister of Shirley Zeiger (Joe); companion of the late Albert Mance; also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Celebrate Mrs. Kosakowskis life with her family on Friday from 3-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Church on Saturday at Noon. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Mary Church, 2510 Middle Road, Glenshaw PA 15116.
