Formerly of Shaler Twp., on Thursday, October 15, 2015, Donald was the beloved son of Donald and Shirley Dekleva Cotra; brother of Darlene Anselm (David) of Wexford, Michael Cotra (Cheryl) of Acworth, GA; uncle of Brian and Josh Anselm and Caroline Cotra.

Celebrate Donald’s life with his family on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-7:30 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. where services will be held following visitation at 7:30 PM.
