Celebrate Mr. Pennington’s life with his family at a Memorial Service at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Etna on Sunday, October 19 at 3 PM. Arrangements by Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp.
