Novak (Andrea) of Jacksonville FL; daughter of the late Mirko and Sofia Vinski Dukovitch; sister of the late Anna Bradstreet, Frank, Peter and John Dukovitch; grandma of Matthew Minto, Julie Buzzelli (James), Travis and Tori Donaldson, Megan, Sarah and Melanie Mitchell, Alexis Dunlap (Garrett) and Alyssa Novak; great-grandma of Benjamin Buzzelli.
Celebrate Mrs. Novak's life with her family on Thursday from 2-8 PM at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp.
